1. Install Poppit from Marketplace
2. Launch Poppit
3. During the loading splashscreen, hit the home button

Expected

An closing app transition should be present.

Actual

Occasionally, no app transition shall be seen.

Any video? I see the close transition occurs though it's a little strange just like 2 transitions are overlapped.
Do some test on v1-train and found the performance is really bad and the app has chance to stuck in center of screen when opening. OMG.
I think you mean landscape-orientated performance?
The perfomance is not affected for portrait modes (primary and secondary) but surely become bad for landscape modes..

Yeah, landscape-oriented perf. Although this bug in particular isn't targeting perf, bug 890780 is. This bug when I saw it on b2g18 showed no evidence of a closing transition occasionally.
Apparently this is reproducible on 1.01, so this might not be a regression then.
