User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:22.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/22.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130618035212

Steps to reproduce:

CTRL-SHIFT-w

Actual results:

Program closed completely, despite settings

Expected results:

Warning about all tabs being closed should have been presented
Firefox aleart already when try to close Firefox anyway with multiple tabs, can you switch to release channel and let us know?
I cannot seem to reproduce this. It displays the warning when I close out of it manually, and when using CTRL-SHIFT-w.
I can't reproduce this either. Eric, is this still happening for you in the current release of Firefox?

Maybe you need to start Firefox in Safe Mode ?
It's still happening for me, on the latest version (23.0.1).

There are several similar open bugs but I am not sure yet if this is a duplicate of an existing bug. There are also some support threads such as this one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/960993 that say that the warning doesn't exist for private browsing or for situations where more than one window with multiple tabs is open.

This may be a solution (or part of the bug): Closing multiple tabs warning may not work correctly when the "Show my windows and tabs from last time" option is selected in the dropdown in the Preferences->General panel.
