I've had to deal with two apps today where the developer claimed that after updating/adding a privacy policy it wasn't saved. I was able to save the policy and the changes seem to have stuck, but the developers claim it wasn't working for them. One was https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/kurir - the other https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/napster/
This is probably bug 888831, which I'm working on right now. If it's the case, it's a locale-related issue that affects fields not present in manifest (it looks like at least privacy policy, support URL, homepage are affected in some capacity).
yeah I'm duping to 888831 - seems the same issue.
