I am using version 21.0. 22 has updated twice and when I try to use it I get a usual-looking gray page with a box on the left outlined in blue-gray. Then the screen turns black and lock up. I had to stop the update.

And not update to Version 22 Actual results: My version 21.0 works OK Expected results: My version 21.0 works OK. It worked OK before the update.
