Steps to reproduce:

Set up sync to a custom weave server.
In the process of migrating to another domain service was inactivated.
Firefox showed "Sync error" bar and offered to see the server status.



Actual results:

When I clicked "Server Status" button - Mozilla service page was displayed.


Expected results:

Since my custom server has nothing to do with Mozilla official sync servers - no offer should've been made.
