891131 - Yacht not checking receipt

I tried installing Private Yacht on the desktop and Adora tried on a phone from the reviewer tools. In each case we expect the app to ping the server with a receipt. If the ping goes through, then it should say "Receipt was checked by app" instead of "$0.99 · Receipt was not checked by app".

This lets reviewers know that the receipt was checked. If not, we should warn developers that their apps can be used without payments.

I ran a manual check of the receipt from the command line (using the receipts lib) and it worked fine, the reviewer tools changed, so I think this is an issue with private yacht, as opposed to the receipts or reviewer tools.

doesn't seem to exist on prod.

it's not on prod but if you can get payments to work on dev (bug 891046) then you could try it there.

Could someone grab a logcat from when they open Private Yacht? It checks the receipt in JavaScript so maybe there was an error.

The Yacht was broken. It's fixed now:

Can someone see if that showed up in dev?

On my unagi, installed this app from the marketplace -dev reviewer tools. After launching the reviewer tools updated:

Yay. Sadly this doesn't work on desktop because we can't access receipts.
