Where should we test this, in prod?

Test on -dev for now. STR are might be to search a newly submitted app. The underlying issue was that the new marketplace search index wasn't being used. So newly submitted apps wouldn't be found but older apps would because for awhile we were indexing into both indexes.

Verified as fixed. A newly submitted app was immediately seen in lookup tool.
