Since there is not much value in showing a user's own email address as a mailto link, let's display it as text on the logged-in homepage view.

I checked both the logged in homepage and profile pages, and there doesn't seem to be a `mailto` link associated with the users email address on either of these pages. Checked on both locally and staged environments (see attached screenshot).

To give more context, the mailto link does exist on prod right now, so this was resolved in a recent commit that hasn't been pushed to prod yet. Screenshot of prod attached.

QA verified WFM - a user's /own/ homepage no longer presents their /own/ email address as a mailto link.
