In the "Settings" when the language is set to Russian, the text is too close to the submenu

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi Build ID: 20130621070212
2) In the "Settings" change a language to Russian
3) Open the "Settings" from the home screen
4) Navigate to "Call Settings" (Параметры вызова)


Actual:
The text is too close to the submenu

Expected:
Space between the submenu and the text
