In Russian, the "Data Settings" (Параметры данных) setup menu displays the truncated Header text, "Параметры данн..." 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi Build ID: 20130621070212
2) In the "Settings" change a language to Russian
3) Open the "Settings" from the home screen
4) Navigate to "Cellurar and Data"(Сеть и Данные)
5) Tap the "Data Settings " (Параметры данных) menu

Actual:
The Header text is truncated

Expected:
The Header text fits into the menu and not truncated
