Description:
In Russian, the "SIM PIN" header text is truncated
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi Build ID: 20130621070212
2) In the "Settings" change a language to Russian
3) Open the "Settings" from the home screen
4) Navigate to the "SIM Security" (Введите PIN к...)
Actual:
The Header text is truncated
Expected:
The text is not truncated
