Hi Lee-

Do you think it would be possible to make a locale-neutral (no un-branded words) version Android (tablet + phone) for /new?

Maybe something like this but with fewer words?  http://cl.ly/image/2l3c0Z0i3l26

We'll only show it for tablet users who are trying to download the Android browser (image won't be shown to phone users trying to download the Android browser).

Hi Lee, these look great. What does the state look like when the user only has 1 page open? Is it better to have the 4 in the upper left corner or the state for 1 page open? I'm not sure what that looks like on tablet.

Hey Holly, I'm not sure how different that would look, other than it displaying, "1" instead of "4"? I didn't change much else than remove the text in nav bar and add the grid. The rest of the UI is the same as in my original PSD from Ian Barlow. Perhaps somebody with an Android tablet could take a screenshot of a 1 page state and post here for us to see.

I just spoke with Ian and he said that it does just change to a 1. I wasn't sure if the number would go away completely or turn to a + or something. So, let's just keep it how you have it! Thanks!

Keep in mind that in the next few months, the look of the tabs on Android will be changing. Ian will notify us when this happens so that we can update our images.
