Steps to reproduce:

When viewing a mail:
Other Actions -> Print...


Actual results:

Error message:
"Do you want to install a printer?"
When clicking yes:
Error message:
"The spooler service is not running"


Expected results:

The mail should have been printed on the default printer (which is selected in Windows). Also, the spooler service is running, so it should have been possible to install a printer.
What makes you think that this is a bug in TB?

Please try this:

- print from TB: does printing work now?
- print from another application like Word: does printing work from there?
which version of TB are you using?
