Description:
The notification text for a failed Bluetooth transfer attempt is truncated when the device is set to the Spanish language.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130710070204
2) Change the device language to Spanish and reboot if necessary.
3) Select Ajustes then Bluetooth.
4) Tap the Bluetooth switch if it's inactive then pair with another device.
5) Begin a Bluetooth transfer of a file to the other device.
6) Open the notification screen then deny the transfer on the other device.
7) Observe the text of the notification that appears.

Actual:
The failed Bluetooth transfer error notification is truncated.

Expected:
The full error text for the failed Bluetooth transfer is shown in Spanish.
