1. go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNZBSZD16cY&sns=em
2. play the video
3. while the video is playing, plug in the headphones

Expected: audio goes out the headphones
Actual: audio goes out the phone speakers

Note: 
1. phone crashes at the end; does not give a crash report.
I was unable to reproduce on an unagi with the following environment

Audio goes out to the headphone.
Not able to reproduce in master, nexus-4 also.
Not able to reproduce in master, inari and ate open, with mp4, webm, 3gp files.
Firefox OS is not being worked on
