Clean profile resolved it, thanks! Strange that this is happening on dozens of machines used by many different people.
Before creating new profiles and migrating your data, try in safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode The issue could be a faulty add-on. You can reset your profile too: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems
