Description:
"2G EDGE" overlaps a portion of the sentence when Data Connection is enabled in 2G.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130710070204
1) Go to Settings
2) Go to Cellular & Data
3) Enable Data Connection
Actual:
2G is overlapping text after data is enabled.
Expected:
No text should overlap.
Environmental Variables

Note: this happens on ALL locales, even English

Verified on Leo V1.1 COM RIL, "2G EDGE" text no longer appears as a portion of the sentence when Data Connection is enabled in 2G.

After restarting device, I was able to see this issue reproduces, so changing status to "REOPENED", since the issue still exists
