Details
The settings API calls should fail gracefully when error. Currently, when enabling bluetooth by setting bluetooth.enabled, the toggle does not reflect the real status of bluetooth if the setting fails.
Note that when the device storage is full, setting to mozSettings always fails because the system prevents all write access in this condition.
