Hiding comment 0 to honor the creators wish. Unhiding as the site is out of our control and while the activity is annoying I'm not sure there is good path for us here. And having more developer eyes on this may be beneficial.

A user should always be able to close a window. We could really use understanding of *how* girls dot mistermando dot com is preventing a popup from closing.

That is why I did not close the bug but just unhid it, I had to kill my browser process to close the site.

I've reproduced the problem on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 buildID 20130718163513 I had to kill my browser process to close the site, too.
Thanks for your input Tiziana. Can you please give more details about the machine you're reproducing this on (OS, Graphics part of about:support, any browser settings you changed from default and could help reproduce this issue)?

Iona I had tested it with a new fresh profile. But I've test it again right now, the page is not loaded (just a blocked popup) and I can quit normally. I don't know if it depends from the page not loaded. In any case as for the about:support the info reported for the Graphics are: Device ID 0x 166 GPU Accelerated Windows 1/1 OpenGL Vendor ID 0x8086 WebGL Renderer Intel Inc. -- Intel HD Graphics 4000 OpenGL Engine AzureCanvasBackend quartz AzureContentBackend none AzureFallbackCanvasBackend none

Exists in Firefox/25.0.1 when you close the tab with the offending code using the dialog: "Are you sure?" Question Icon "This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave - data you have entered may not be saved." "Leave Page" (button) "Stay on Page" (button) *Adult Context* URL: annsmovs (dot) com (forward-slash)index.php (questionmark) vidz=59b105737185e6874f262018a97233f8&t

I'm not sure if that could be the problem though.
