Popupmenus spawned from titledbuttons in the sidebar do not anchor as they are
told to using popupanchor. (this works in the browser toolbar though..)

here's the titledbutton I'm using:
<titledbutton class="borderless paneltitle" src="bb_dnarrow.gif"
popup="mastermnu" popupanchor="bottomleft" />

When they do appear, they appear at the top left of the sidebar window (not
anchored to the object at all).
