Description:
When viewing call log device displays an existing contact by call number only, not caller name and number. When caller attempts to make a call user is prompted to save number as a new contact.

Repro Steps:
1) OTA to Unagi v1.1 Build ID: 20130711070209
2) Receive and incoming call from a contact in the contact list
3) Disconnect from call
4) Select dialer app
5) Select call log

Actual:
Contact name is not displayed and number is treated as a new contact number.

Expected:
Contact name and number is present in the call log.

1) Import a contact list from gmail.
2) Call phone from contact number.
3) Go to call log and observe.

Result:
Caller in step 2 above number will be available but no contact name is provided. Additionally, if number is selected user is prompted to add it as a new contact.

Using build: unagi-ICS.eng.v1-train.Rel0.4.Sprint12.B-167.Gecko-f94f793.Gaia-ef03c2b (leo)

1. Open dialer, make a call to 1234, hang up and go to the call log.
2. Leaving the dialer open, go to contacts and add a contact for this number.
3. Return to the dialer - the name of the contact is now displayed in the call log, and clicking it takes you to view this contact.
4. Kill the dialer (long-press home button etc..) and re-launch it.
5. Go to the call log - the number is now displayed instead of the contact name, and clicking it takes you to the 'call / add new contact / etc...' menu instead of the view contact screen (as though the link between this number and the contact has been lost).

1. Open dialer, call 1234, hang up and go to the call log.
2. Open contacts (leaving dialer open) and add a contact for 1234.
3. Return to dialer - call log now shows contact name + tapping this takes you to view contact screen for this contact.
4. Kill the dialer (long-press Home button etc...).
5. Re-launch dialer and go to call log.
6. Call log now shows number, not contact - tapping it takes you to 'call / add contact / etc...' menu instead of view contact screen.
