Details

This is simple CRUD for L10n. It should check permissions for writing but otherwise should be straight forward. The current equivalent would be https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/localizers/fr/categories/
Wontfixing because bug 968312 and bug 987880 make this bug irrelevant: categories will be static and translated through regular .po files.
