In light of the new logo being released, our program needs an update to some of our logos/templates as outlined below:

Thanks Jennifer, one thing I wanted to note is, the updated flyers are in .doc format. I know they are asked for in PDF, but I was having some issues saving them as a PDF with the proper background image.  Wondering if this was solved when I originally created these a few months ago?  I have an older version of Word...not sure if this is preventing me from creating the proper PDF with background, or if there is a trick to solving this.

All looks good - the only thing is that most people will not have Word so if there was anyway these flyers could be converted into PDF it would be much appreciated.

I'm trying to figure out how to save the docs as pdfs while retaining the background. Hopefully I'll have an answer for you by next week.

Hey Matt, 

I have tried a few things, and finally got the background to print. But as you can see in the attachment I just added, it gets all stretched out. I think it might be because I don't have the original jpg on my computer, but I'm not sure. Can you try the following things and see if they work?

1. In the print dialog, select 'Microsoft Word' from the drop-down menu to get to the Word-specific printing options. Click on the button 'Word Options'. Check the option to print background colors. Then go to print as a pdf. 

If that doesn't work, then
2. Save the background art file as a pdf. Go to 'Insert Wordmark' and change to upload picture. Upload the pdf and then print (you'll probably need to keep the above box checked to print the background).

I was actually having the exact same problem on my end earlier. I am bit stumped as to why it is doing this.  Can I send you a copy of the background image? I am on a Mac so I am having a bit of trouble following along.
