Description:
When the user is in Cost Control/Usage App Settings, the Reset button appears with ellipses.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Set Language to Slovak
3) Go to Cost Control App
4) Go to Settings (Gear icon)
5) See Reset button on data usage section
Actual:
The Reset button is displayed with ellipses
Expected:
The Reset button is not displayed with ellipses
Optional extra notes: This also seen when the language is set to Spanish.
