We should really have a central place to house all our various releng webtools:

* slavealloc
* slave_health
* trychooser?
* buildapi?

Any others?

Our current approach is to do this with RoR as hg, then mirror to github if needed/desired.

 * build-api already exists at https://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildapi/

For any others, we'd need the current RoR to clone from, along with any desired repository name change.

These would be easier to handle as one bug per repo move, as (imo) moving the repo includes updating all the associated wiki pages for the new information.

We're free to challenge the underlying premise here too. Maybe slave heath just ends up in tools also.
