Need to be able to tell devs very clearly how to use MNC / MCC on the SIM (Critical dependency for Regional / Local Apps and Marketplace for FxOS) This bug can show how tricky / subtle it will be for devs to use https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=875484 Thanks muchly! Caitlin
