Description:
When the user has no contacts on the Contact App, the user is able to see the  arrows for adding new contacts are displaced and is pointed towards the Settings icon.  

Prerequisite: Have no contacts in Contact App

Repro Steps:

1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Set Language to Slovak
3) Go to Contacts App
4) Observe the Contacts Home screen

Actual:
The UI Is displayed

Expected:
The UI is not displayed

Optional extra notes: This also seen when the language is set to Spanish.

Flagging Peter to advise on whether to wrap text, move the arrow, resize UI, etc. Peter, please feel free to reassign as appropriate.

Ideally, the arrow should be moved to point to the correct icon.  This requires an image replacement.

Wrapping text is also probably fine (pusing down the 2nd sentence), but you would still need to replace the arrow images to line up correctly.

Branislav, please contact me directly and I can give you graphics support.  I'm not sure what is possible in terms of having extra images for localization purposes.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
