Description:
The header text for the Enter SIM PIN page in the SIM Security setting will be truncated if the device is set to show the Greek language.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Change the device language to Greek and reboot if necessary.
3) Select Settings then SIM Security.
4) Tap the SIM PIN switch to activate it and go to the Enter SIM PIN page.
5) Observe the appearance of the page's header.

Actual:
The header text is truncated.

Expected:
The full text of the header is displayed.

Unable to repro on Leo 1.1 mozilla RIL.  Resolving as Worksforme.
