Description:
During FTE setup 'Enable Data' option appear truncated in 'Cellular Data' page 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Reset the Device.
3) Go through the FTE process 
4) Select the Language to Romanian
5) On Cellular data page observe that 'Enable data' setting is truncated

Actual:
'Enable data' setting appears truncated in 'Cellular Data' page

Expected:
'Enable data' setting does not appear truncated in 'Cellular Data' page

I've edited to "Trafic de date" (eng. Data). In many cases, if I remove "Enable" the text does not appear truncated and it's logical for users because I have that check button in right side and it's easy to enable/disable the option. Maybe you can also remove from English or to suggest to other localizers.

Verified it's fixed on COM RIL, the text is changed and no longer truncated
