"Editeaza semnul..." (Edit Bookmark)  is truncated/ellipses in Browser while device is in Romana local

PREREQ: Device is in Romana  

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Select "Browser"
3) Click on Star (Bottom right)
4) Click on "Pune semn de carte" (Bookmark)
5) Click on Star (Bottom right)
6) Click on "Editeaza semnul..." (Edit Bookmark) 
7) View what is listed

Actual:
"Editeaza semnul..." (Edit Bookmark)  in Romana local is truncated/ellipses 

Expected:
The text is not truncated/ellipses

Hi Jeni, the edit-bookmark label for Romanian is "Editează semnul de carte" which does not fit in the header bar and thus is truncated to "Editează semnul ...".

I don't really think this is a bug, nevertheless adding UX in the loop to mark it as INVALID if this is the case.

Verified it's fixed on Leo V1.1 COM RIL
The header is no longer truncated
