Description:
When the user changes the language to Slovak and opens manual setup page, the "Manual setup" header appears truncated
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130713070207
2) Launch an email app with no email account previously set up on the device
3) Tap on the Manual setup option
4) Observe the header of the manual setup page
Actual:
The "Manual Setup" header is truncated
Expected:
The "Manual Setup" text is displayed in full
