Description:
 Add account screen has account options: Yahoo, Yahoo, CalDav. It is expected that any account is listed once, such as: Google, Yahoo, Caldav. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130713070207
2) Open Calendar
3) Navigate to the Calendar settings (the drawer icon, top left corner)
4) Navigate to "Add an account" page (top right corner,(+) icon)
5) Observe account options

Actual:
 Yahoo is listed twice, no Google option

Expected:
 Every account is listed once, such as: Google, Yahoo, CalDav

Issue does not reproduce user is able to see all the accounts only once.
