Description:
In Serbian, when the crash report message appears, the option "Send Report"  is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130713070207
2) In the "Settings" change a language to "Serbian"
3) Do the browser page crash: https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G/QA/Gaia_Test_Plan/Crash#How_to_force_a_crash

Actual:
The option "Send report" is truncated

Expected:
All strings fit into the bar

Crash report option is still truncated

Verified the fixed on Leo COM RIL 1.1
The option "Send Report" is shortened and no longer truncated,
