Description:
in Slovak, when the new card is inserted, the information about the new SIM card is truncated in the "Notification" bar

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130713070207
2) In the "Settings" change a language to "Slovinčina"
3) Open the Notification bar 
4) Observe the info about the new inserted SIM card

Actual:
The information about the SIM card is truncated

Expected:
All information fits in the notification bar and not truncated
