893574 - No B2G unit tests running on at least mozilla-inbound and try

After the downtime yesterday, B2G unit tests are not running on at least mozilla-inbound and try.  Some example try pushes showing the problem:

I have no idea about mozilla-central, since there have been no pushes to it since the downtime.

Pending this bug being resolved, inbound and m-c are closed.

Rebuilding the emu builds that are missing tests should trigger new tests.

I triggered rebuilds of the above linked pushes' b2g emu opt builds.

The rebuilds didn't work due to issues in bug 893518.
Once the rebuilds went through, the tests triggered.  Resolving.
