1. Size of lock screen buttons are incorrect
2. default splash image does not fill the entire screen
3. screenshot on cards view is blurry

These are defects I could find of.

Size of lock screen buttons are incorrect
--- set background-size for them
default splash image does not fill the entire screen
--- no 1.5x image in /shared/resources/branding folder (bug 891807), so I set the background as black as workaround.
screenshot on cards view is blurry
--- multiply dev ratio for screenshot height and width

Thanks for your reminding.

Nothing required for master in this bug. I've already submitted my fix in bug 896231 to master. However, there's a small regression in this bug, so I file bug 903902 to fix it for v1.1.0hd branch.
