Details

Prerequisites:
To access the new environment, you can use the
following in /etc/hosts:

63.245.216.131 marketplace.firefox.com marketplace.mozilla.org
63.245.216.132 addons.mozilla.org
63.245.216.133 static.addons.mozilla.net
63.245.216.135 receiptcheck.marketplace.firefox.com

Steps to reproduce:
1.Modify the environment as described above
2.Open addons.mozilla.org and try to register a new user

Expected results:
Captcha is displayed in registration page

Actual results:
Captcha is not displayed and we are not able to register any new users

Notes:
Same issue when trying to log in without filling the required fields
Not reproducible in the old environment
