STR:
1. With screen reader on and synth in place and all, turn on device and unlock.
2. From the home screen, press and hold the Power button.
3. In the Shut Down dialog that appears, tap one of the four list items to highlight it, then double-tap to activate.

Expected: Phone should perform the desired function.
Actual: Nothing happens. Only the Cancel button works. That is placed outside the list.

Suspect that this is another instance where the dialog only reacts to touch, not to clicks.
