Description:
In Greek, When sending SMS without SIM card inserted, the error message isn't localized

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130715070218
2) In the "Settings" change a language to "Greek"
3) Remove SIM card
4) Open the SMS app from the home screen
5) Tap the "Sign in/Sign Up page
6) Send SMS to the existing contact or create a new 

Actual:
The error message is in English

Expected:
All strings are localized

Verified it's fixed on Leo V1.1 COM RIL, all strings are translated
