Description:
When Facebook integrated with "Contacts" the sign in page is not localized

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130715070218
2) In the "Settings" change to any testing languages
3) Open the "Contacts" app from the home screen
4) Enable the Facebook sync. 
5) Use different scenarios: submit without entering anything, wrong password,  

Actual:
the Facebook page isn't localized

Expected:
all pages are localized to the testing language

I think this might be a page from FB themselves, so not sure if the bug is on our side at all.

Yeah, from the screenshot, it looks like it's a problem on the facebook side.

That said, the screenshot doesn't seem to be using a German Firefox OS, judging from the date.

Over to the contacts app for further investigation. We should check that we're sending the right accept-languages header to m.facebook.com, and that it works for the URL in question, we have a few of those it seems.

Yes, that's a Fb page and they should detect your language from the HTTP request or similar, thus we cannot do anything there.
