Description:
In Serbian, when no SIM card is inserted or the new card is inserted, the information is truncated in the "Notification" bar
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130715070218
2) In the "Settings" change a language to "Cрпски"
3) Remove SIM card
4) Open the Notification bar
5) Observe the info about there is no inserted SIM card
Actual:
The information about the SIM card is truncated
Expected:
All information fits in the notification bar and not truncated
