When on the Browser homescreen, the URL bar text is truncated when language is set to Serbian

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130715070218
2) Open the Browser App with data and wifi enabled.
3) Attempt to go to any website ex: www.google.com

Actual:
The text: "enter search or addess" in the URL bar is truncated

Expected:
All text should be displayed in full

Verified the bug is fixed on Leo COM RIL 1.1
The text in the browser bar no longer truncated
