Description:
In Serbian, the Header and sub-header texts are truncated in the "Data Settings" option
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130715070218
2) In the "Settings" change a language to "Cрпски"
3) Open the "Settings" from the home screen
4) Navigate to the "Cellular & Data.
5) Navigate to the "Data Settings"
Actual:
the header and sub-header are truncated
Expected:
All text is visible and not truncated

Verified the bug is fixed on Leo COM RIL 1.1
The text is changed and the "header" and "sub-header" no longer truncated
