Description:
In Serbian, an year is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130715070218
2) In the "Settings" change a language to "Cрпски"
3) Open the "Settings" from the home screen
4) Navigate to the "Language" category

Actual:
the year 2013 is truncated

Expected:
All strings are fit to the screen

This is the time/date format, and afaict this is the long date string used on this screen. So, if we wanted long date, why would we make margins so thick? There's a whole lot more space aside the string.
