Description:
The Usage app's Reset Confirmation screen is partially displayed in English when the device is set to Serbian.

Repro Steps:
1. Update Leo to Build ID 20130715070218.
2. Set language to Serbian (српски).
3. Open the cost control/usage app.
4. Open the options menu with the cog button in the top right.
5. Press the "Reset" button near the top of the menu. (First option in the menu)
6. Observe that the Reset Confirmation screen is partially displayed in English.

Actual:
The Reset Confirmation screen is partially displayed in English.

Expected:
The Reset Confirmation screen is rendered fully in Serbian.

Verified the bug is fixed and no English message is appeared on the "Reset Confirmation" screen
