1.  down load from ftp.mozilla.org
2.  get file
/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla0.9.2/mozilla.i686-pc-linux-gnu-0.9.2-sea.tar.gz
3. uncompress it

Actual Results:  see error message in description

Did you download it with an old Mozilla build? Then this might be a duplicate
of bug 35956.
