The Faculty of Architecture of University of Applied Sciences Potsdam site rejects Mozilla because "you never know in how far it complies to W3C standards". They do however support Netscape 4 and IE4+. The site may not be overly important to the average mozilla user but still...
Priority: -- → P4
Target Milestone: --- → mozilla0.9.3
I have attached a proposed evangelism letter (in german). Do I need a r= before sending it off? How can I accept the bug? I have selected that option but it does not seem to have an effect.
The letter is OK. I don't know about a r=, sr= or a= for evangelism letters =) So send it off and good luck.

No need for an r= or anything but there is a site bc has that makes the letters for you etc. Don't remember what its is off hand.

I guess he doesn't like Lynx either =( And - I'm looking forward to his reaction =)
OK, I've sent the letter off (addressed to w3team@fh-potsdam.de). Let's see how they react. Keyser, you were probably talking about the mozilla evangelism tool (http://mozilla-evangelism.bclary.com/letter/en-letter.html). But so far the evangelism letters have not been translated into german yet (see bug 86690) although I have read in the Status Report from June 27 that Doron Rosenberg was working on these translations, still there is no open bug for that.
For those which aren't German-capable: The site has been designed using the document.layers[] and document.all APIs. (so much about W3C-Standards pfft!) Moreover the original author no longer maintains it (and presumably wants nothing to do with it). It looks like the current maintainer is Anita Gaenssler <gaensler@fh-potsdam.de>. So I should probably send her the layer evangelism letter. I don't really feel like translating it right now though. Maybe I'll wait for Doron to do it ;) From the looks of it, it doesn't seem likely that Anita would port the JS to the new API anyhow.
