In Metro Firefox , the style of the scrollbars when moving the mouse is the same as when scrolling with the mousewheel. For other metro apps (e.g. Store), the look of the scrollbars is different when using the mouse scroll, the bar is thinner. Firefox should have the same look of the scrollbars as the other metro apps.

Steps:
1. Open a page which has scrollbars
2. Move the mouse so that the scrollbars are visisble
3. Wait a few seconds for the scrollbar(s) to disappear
4. Scroll using the mouse wheel
5. Observe the look of the scrollbars

Expected result: The scrollbars look thinner when using the mouse wheel to scroll. See attached screenshot of the Store app for a comparison

Actual result: The scrollbars have the same look when mouse wheel is used as they have in step 2.
