This reuses releng-beta.py, which is designed for unagi dogfooders.  However, I'm hoping the target/version/channel path avoids any issues with multiple releng-beta.py builds.

(Another option was to reuse releng-private-updates.py, which would change the upload location to the otoro-security-level upload location.  A third was to create another config file, or to override releng-beta.py config options via the commandline.)

Kicked off an unagi m-c nightly, and added the channel to update.boot2gecko.org.
Also updated https://wiki.mozilla.org/User:Asasaki:B2GBuilds .
We should be done here.
