steps to reproduce: 1. Tester is signed into fireplace and devhub 2. Go to devhub 3. Log out observed behavior: After log out we load the marketplace homepage where the user is still logged in to fireplace which can be disconcerting. Let's just load /developers when users sign out of dev hub
